Lived here three years now and couldn't be happier. Rent is very reasonable and the facilities are nice. The landscape is always kept and the pool is always clean. The landlord is very hospitable and performs maintenance regularly. I couldn't recommend these apartments any more so, both my parents and best friend from high school live in different units here.

I Love this community because the environment here is beautiful and amazing view of mountains from the apartment. What I really like is its very near to the Palm springs International Airport just 8 mins walk from the apartment and also very close like 4 mins drive to Walmart,Staples and all other Shopping malls, Restaurants and grocery stores. This place is very commute to travel in buses like 2 minutes walk from the apartment. The Manager is very kind and good person. I recently had an issue
